Insurance Relations
With 30 years experience and success in the collision repair industry, we have always understood the need to maintain and grow
good relationships within the insurance industry. We are currently approved with most quality insurance companies as a
direct repair centre. This brings mutual benefits to all, vehicle owner, insurer, and shop.
The Claims/Repair process becomes streamlined, providing quality repairs in a timely fashion, Cost effectiveness which helps control the need to increase premiums. And of course, scheduling efficiency, which allows the shop to maintain productivity and reduce turnaround and rental time.
We use audatex as our estimating and imaging system and have a concessionaires agreement with a rental company which allows us to have replacement vehicles
on site.
Of course staff training is a priority. We strive to stay ahead of the technology curve through supplier based and I-car training programs. We have been successful in our bid for a 'Certificate of approval air' from the Ontario Ministry of the Environment, and are eagerly awaiting the challenges associated with the arrival of waterborn refinishing systems.
When it comes we will be ready, as sound environmental practices are no longer
an option. It's all about "customer retention". After all, working for 4 generations
of some families, we think we may know a little bit about the subject. |
